Welcome to Proper Clean. Established in 2010, we are the ultimate professionals in carpet and upholstery cleaning. We offer the highest level of customer service and eco-friendly carpet, upholstery cleaning across Southampton, Eastleigh Winchester, Portsmouth, Alton, Chichester, Bognor Regis, Basingstoke, Farnham, Bournemouth, Hampshire, Berkshire, Dorset, West Sussex, and surrounding areas.

We clean to an unbeatable high standard at either domestic or commercial customer premises. No job is too big or too small. We provide an itemised ‘no obligation quotation. This can be done via email, over the phone, or a home/workplace visit. The price we quote is the price you pay, there are no hidden extras!

The correct equipment, process, and products are used for the job we are doing. Our cleaning is natural Eco-Friendly, the products we use leave no dirt-attracting residuals resulting in your items staying cleaner for longer. We can also provide an anti-stain protection coating on the items cleaned.

Proper Clean is 100% committed to customer-friendly service.  Our aim is not to do a rushed, slap, dash job and earn a quick buck.  Our aim is to deliver top-quality service and have your repeat business for many years to come.  We are fully trained and insured, plus all electrical equipment is PAT tested annually and serviced frequently. On the extremely rare occasion that you are not completely satisfied with the clean, we will redo what’s required for free.
